Help & Advice

In an emergency, the porters lodge (01223 331100) is your first port of call – save their number on your phone.

For medical advice and treatment, get in touch with the college nurse, Vicky Few. Her drop-in surgery inside Webbs Gate is open at these times:

  • 8.30am – 1pm Monday to Friday
  • 3pm – 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays

She is also open two hours a day (10am – noon) one week either side of Full Term. Call her on 01223 331650 during surgery hours, or email vicky.few@kings.cam.ac.uk.

For help and advice, get in touch with the male or female welfare officers, or with Linkline; their phone lines and office (17 St. Edwards Passage) are open from 7pm-7am every night of full term for students to call or drop in. The numbers are 744444 (NTL) or 367575 (BT).

Lots of info about who to get in touch with for help in specific situations can be found on the welfare info page.
