Open meetings are held regularly in the bar, and provide a chance for any KCSU member to put forward a motion for change in college. Open meetings are organised and run by the Chair of KCSU.
The Chair will send an email notifying all students of an upcoming open meeting, to which you can submit your motion – it must have a proposer (yourself) and at least one seconder. Before the open meeting, the Chair will send round an email containing the agenda with copies of all the motions that have been submitted, for the students to read in advance.
